Order processing

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.

Some R𝚺𝙿𝚁𝙸𝚂Λ𝙻 products are produced on demand. This means the item is made after the order is placed. Production times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and order volume.

Most orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment.

For print-on-demand products, delivery usually takes 12 to 35 business days after production, depending on the customer’s location, carrier, and shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen due to production delays, customs, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect address details, or high order volume.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product, destination, and shipping method.

The final shipping cost will always be shown before payment.

Print-on-demand products

Some R𝚺𝙿𝚁𝙸𝚂Λ𝙻 products are made on demand. Because of this, processing and delivery may take longer than standard ready-made products.

Once an order has entered production, it may not be possible to cancel or change the order.

Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us at reprisal369@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be resent.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout, contact us at reprisal369@gmail.com with your order number.

We will review the issue and help find a solution.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
