Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at reprisal369@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, or the wrong item was received.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, incorrectly printed, or if you received the wrong item. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or you received the wrong item.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.
To use this right, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or payment provider may need extra time to process the refund.
